As part of your annual licence renewal it requires audited financial statements prepared by an approved auditor, on top of the standard UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings every business must keep up with.
What a DMCC company needs each year
The DMCC cycle runs on one deadline: renewal. Corporate Tax and the free zone rate
A DMCC company is not automatically at 0%. The Corporate Tax rate depends on whether your income is qualifying income, so we review your activity mix and Corporate Tax position early, including whether the standard 9% rate applies to part of your income. VAT is handled separately through our VAT registration and filing service.
