Hyma Jodish is a Co-Founder of VVouch Accounting Services and an ACCA-qualified accountant based in Dubai.
Career
Hyma’s background combines external audit with in-house accounting. She worked with two international audit and advisory networks, Crowe Horwath (now Crowe) and UHY, where she built her experience on external audit and accounting engagements. She then moved in-house at Kennedy Towers, a real estate business, working on the accounting and reporting that keeps a business running day to day.
Seeing how auditors test a set of accounts, and how a finance team prepares them, gives her a clear view of the records a business needs to keep and the controls that make them dependable.
At VVouch
Together with fellow co-founder Athina Fernandes, Hyma leads VVouch’s accounting, bookkeeping and compliance work for mainland and free zone companies across the UAE. She works closely with clients to keep their books accurate and up to date, so VAT returns, Corporate Tax filings and audits are straightforward rather than a scramble.
